Associate Pastor Austin Bowen, alongside his wife Mandy, has been a vital part of the ministry at Aberdeen First Pentecostal Church for over 12 years, serving under the leadership of Bishop Ricky Bowen and Pastor James Terry. A licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI), Pastor Bowen also serves as the Student Pastor, dedicating his ministry to guiding young people toward a strong future in God.
With a deep love for AFPC, Pastor Bowen is committed to strengthening individuals and families, fostering spiritual growth, and building a vibrant, Christ-centered community. Together, Austin and Mandy continue to inspire and lead with a heartfelt burden for the next generation.
Jim Cucchiara, a retired and distinguished Air Force pilot who continues to teach and mentor pilots in the Air Force, brings his exceptional leadership and organizational skills to his role as Administrative Pastor at Aberdeen First Pentecostal Church. Alongside his wife, Andrea, Jim serves AFPC by overseeing administrative duties, mentoring leaders, and developing strategies to train and empower the church's leadership team.
As Media Director, Jim drives the creative vision of the church’s media team, ensuring AFPC stays aligned with modern, state-of-the-art technology. Jim is committed to fostering innovation and excellence in ministry. They are blessed with three children, all actively involved in ministries at AFPC, reflecting their family’s deep dedication to serving the church community.
